Research project: Becoming-astronaut: the enactment of gender identities in the European Space Agency

This research project aims to explore the astronauts' identities and experiences in carrying out their work and how these are affected by organisational processes.

The project is carried out by Alessandra Fenu, a second-year PhD student at FBL under the supervision of Professor Jo Brewis, Dr Saoirse O'Shea, and Dr Stefanie Ruel.
