Jeannette has 30yrs experience as a Performance Nutritionist and Stress Resilience Expert, specialising in workplace health and wellbeing. Jeannette is Director of the Manchester Stress Institute, and is Human Sports Performance Scientist for the Manchester Institute of Health and Performance. Winner of the WSB 2020 Health and Wellbeing Consultant of the Year award, Jeannette is also a lead author on her subject area, a regular contributor to leading journals and magazines - and a BBC presenter on stress and wellbeing. Regularly advising corporates on employee health, Jeannette is a renowned and sought after expert speaker, advisor and consultant.
