Alison is an executive careers coach and entrepreneur with over 20yrs experience working with early-, mid- and late-career professionals. She brings highly diverse and international career knowledge together with leadership expertise - and sustainability, for those interested in this area.  Alison works with senior executives at board level and those wishing to pursue consultancy, NED and portfolio careers.  Her work also includes coaching students at undergraduate, masters and MBA level – both one-to-one and through workshops and webinars. 

As Director of the full-time MBA careers service at Manchester Business School, Alison led the delivery of full career management support and employer presentations on campus for 300 MBAs and 1000 Masters students studying business programmes.  As Director and founder of the part-time "executive" MBA careers service, Alison led the delivery of career management support and employer opportunities for 5000 MBA through the School's international campuses in the UK, UAE, US, Hong Kong, China and Singapore. Working individually, in groups and via webinars, Alison supported students in their career transition and welcomed over 200 recruiting companies each year.  Alison has also designed and delivered the extra-curricular leadership experience of the Global Executive MBA.   

Alison is a natural sciences (biomedical) graduate from the University of Cambridge and has a number of executive coaching and NLP qualifications.
