Alison Edmonds

Alison has 25yrs experience as an Executive Careers Coach supporting a diverse range of senior professionals from the UK and all over the world to drive forward their careers. Ranging from the most senior individuals considering new board appointments and portfolio careers, to mid- and early-career business professionals seeking advancement. Alison’s experience includes 15yrs of leadership roles with Alliance Manchester Business School, designing and leading careers provision for over 4000 blended-learning and full time MBA students in 130 countries. Trained in coaching by John Webster (The Chief Executive Office) and Kim Morgan (Barefoot Coaching) and numerous in-house courses at Alliance Manchester Business School. A Diploma in the Art and Science of Neurolinguistic Programming and a speaker on career management topics, Alison is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, a social entrepreneur and an avid sustainability champion.

Ian Smith

Ian has been an innovation and technology leader in different industries and organisations for many years. With a distinguished history as an Technology Architect, Ian has overseen numerous projects across a wide range of industries. Recognised as a sought-after speaker on AI/Machine Learning and Design Thinking, Ian has a knack for making complex technological concepts accessible to diverse audiences. Ian is very excited about the potential for AI to help people progress in their work and career. Currently, he is leading a groundbreaking client project that leverages the latest advancements in AI to transform team collaboration and dynamics.
