A new study published today and led by The Open University (OU) has identified significant areas for improvement in the care for transgender adults within the NHS.

New data from this year’s Business Barometer report published by The Open University in partnership with the British Chambers of Commerce, has found that nearly two thirds (62%) of UK organisations are still reporting worrying skills shortages. 

Academics from The Open University Business and Law Schools have contributed to a new report highlighting the need for employers to re-examine governance within their organisations.
