What do you teach at the OU?

Currently teaching B329 (Leadership) and B100 (An Introduction to Business and Management). I am also mentor for our Applaud scheme for those colleagues applying for FHEA and SFHEA.

What is your profession/background?

Worked in many roles including, strategic planning, management consulting, start- up business and education.

What led you to teaching at the OU?

Education is a gateway to realising new opportunities and the Open University provides a fantastic platform to enable this.

What do you like about teaching at the OU?

Learning from my students.

I’m a former paratrooper and also lived in Saudi Arabia for 6 years where my children were born too.
