What I teach at the OU

I currently tutor on the B100 – Introduction to business and management module on both J and B presentations. I also tutor on the B207 – Shaping business opportunities module.

Profession/background

My background is that of leadership development practice and consultancy across a range of industry sectors. I am a certified executive coach and a chartered member of the CIPD.

What led me to teach at the OU?

I was interested in consolidating my leadership development consulting experience within the higher education context.

What I like about teaching at the OU.

Supporting students achieve their potential and seeing them make the critical ‘learning connections’, linking theory with application.
