Helen Marshall

I currently teach on the Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship (CMDA), Senior Leader Apprenticeship (SLA), and the Business and Law Access module. My background is in business, with experience as a senior leader and consultant across sectors ranging from health and retail to chemical processing.

I see my role as supporting managers and leaders in becoming the best versions of themselves.

I appreciate the quality of materials and level of support at the OU and especially enjoy learning about my students’ journeys to study. My passion lies in transferring academic learning into workplace practice.

Outside of work, I love travelling, discovering new places, and exploring different cultures.
