I currently teach on the undergraduate Leadership module and occasional MBA residential schools.

I am a professional facilitator and run a business offering consultation and facilitation services. I am also an academic at the OU specialising in leadership and entrepreneurial working.

When I got my first promotion into a leadership role, I took an OU module to help me do a good job. It was such a good experience that I enrolled on the MBA, later setting up my own business. A few years later I became an Associate Lecturer.

The thing I most like about teaching at the OU is definitely the students. We have such a diverse and interesting student body. I learn as much from them about current business thinking and practices as the students learn from me.
