Zaineb holds degrees from City, University of London (MA in International Communication and Development), and the National Business School of Settat-Morocco (Integrated BA and MS in Business Marketing). Her research interests include social marketing, media and communication, public sector, development studies, pro-environmental behaviour and mixed research methodology. Before joining the Open University, she was raising awareness about water and environment issues within a public institution in Morocco and collaborated with different international development organisations in my field.
Zaineb's research investigates how governments use social marketing to reduce carbon footprint.
