She has worked at publicly-listed and PE-backed global corporations across a variety of sectors including Education, Healthcare, Oil & Gas, Broadcast Media, and Telecom. She is deeply involved in Private Equity (large & mid-cap funds) as a value creation expert. 

Namrata is also the Founder of Women in Product UK, a community of 4000+ female product managers, and CPO Track, a global community of 800+ product leaders. She's a NED at The Open University Business School, and a Strategic Advisor at Systango (NSE: SYSTANGO). She is an alumna of Harvard Business School and Alliance Manchester Business School.
