We are thrilled to be hosting this public lecture from two of the pre-eminent leadership thinkers in the world – Keith Grint and David Collinson.

They will be doing a joint talk on resistance and leadership, examining and rebooting both concepts so that they are more relevant to contemporary times.

Resistance is a neglected topic within leadership studies and an overlooked dynamic within leadership practice – but vital nevertheless, something that can teach us much about how power works in and against leadership practices.

Jolting our thinking on leadership and resistance, David and Keith will be taking us on a tour of Black Lives Matter, #MeToo, whistleblowing, strike action and historic slave revolts in Jamaica and Haiti. So come along to the lecture and catch this rare opportunity to see these two leading scholars teaming up to address some seriously big issues.
