Pash Reddy

I have been tutoring with the Open University (OU) for approximately six years, teaching two modules: B100 - An Introduction to Business and Management, and B207 - Shaping Business Opportunities.

Currently, I serve as the Director of Learning and Development within a large global financial services organisation. With over 20 years of experience, I specialize in supporting overall business strategy and driving growth through learning and talent initiatives.

I am also an OU graduate, I hold both an undergraduate and a master's degree in Human Resources. What I cherish most about my time with the OU is the flexibility it offered, allowing me to pursue my degrees while maintaining a full-time job. Additionally, I am continually inspired by the diverse perspectives and insights of my students as an Associate Lecturer.

In my free time, I enjoy traveling, walking my dog Einstein, and playing golf—though only when the sun is shining!
