OUBS academics share the stage in Wales: Collective Leadership in a Digital World

OU in Wales blue logo

In this edition of The Open University's (OU) ‘Talent, it's Our Future', Rhys Griffiths, the OU’s Business Relationship Manager in Wales, is joined by Carol Jacklin-Jarvis, the Director of the OU's Centre for Voluntary Sector Leadership; and Owain Smolovic Jones, the Director of REEF (Research into Employment, Empowerment and Futures) at the OU.

In this discussion, Rhys, Carol and Owain debate how collective leadership has changed in the digital world, and how hybrid working has affected management/employee relationships.

This is part of Business News Wales’ Digital Discussions with The Open University in Wales, where we take a closer look at the challenges Welsh businesses face in not only sourcing new employees, but also in keeping them upskilled and incentivised to stay with their employers.
