Where is Boris Johnson?

Dr Leah Tomkins, Senior Lecturer in Organisational Studies in the OU Business School, has written a blog for the International Leadership Association (ILA), a leading international professional association for scholars and practitioners of leadership.

Leah's blog summarises and further develops a paper she wrote in May, ‘Where is Boris Johnson? When and Why it Matters that Leaders Show Up in a Crisis’.
