Invitations are open to attend a face-to-face conference and webinar in July to discuss the findings of our research study.
The Impact of Covid-19 on Staff in UK Higher Education research provides a comparative analysis of the pandemic’s impact and how it was addressed in the higher education sector across the four UK nations. Its findings have implications for policy and practice.
Dr Rasha Kassem, Senior Lecturer in Accounting and Financial Management, is the academic lead for the project. The research team investigated COVID-19 impact on staff’s well-being and mental health, career progression, professional development, and personal lives. The research also explored the pandemic’s impact on academic teaching and research.
