The Business and Law Schools boast a wide range of academic experts with a wealth of expertise in teaching and learning online.
A new blog site from the Centre for Innovation in Legal and Business Education, known as SCiLAB, offers a great opportunity for the higher education sector as well as the general public to benefit from this knowledge and experience. It aims to support those that are trying to get to grips with online teaching and learning following the coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic, as translating large amounts of material to the online environment has proved extremely difficult for the sector.
Issues and research that relate to online teaching, specifically in business and law, will feature in a wide range of articles from our researchers and teachers. There are already blogs from SCiLAB’s Director Dr Jacqueline Baxter, who recently became a Fellow of the Academy of Social Sciences, and Hugh McFaul, Co-Director of the Law School’s Open Justice Centre, with contributions from other Business and Law academics in the pipeline.
Please get in touch via email with SCiLAB Operations Manager Kate Bunker with the title and a brief description if you are interested in contributing a blog, or just want some further information.
