OU students cover a very wide age range, and here at Student Hub Live we often hear people say they feel too old, whether 25 or 65 years of age.

This workshop will look at strategies for managing study whatever age you are.

You’re not too old, you are great the way you are so we will also look at ways of helping you believe in yourself.
