Historically, public sector organisations have faced continual pressure to offer value under stringent resource constraints. During the recent turbulent times, these organisations have been stretched further than ever before.

Faced with a variety of political, social, and professional demands, combined with institutional change, what is the future of the public sector and what role does strategic change have to play?

This webinar draws together academic expertise and practitioner insights to discuss this issue, and to explore wider strategic challenges and opportunities facing the sector.

Our invited speakers are Chris Gray, Chief of Public Sector at AND Digital and Edoardo Ongaro, Professor of Public Management at The Open University. The event is hosted by The Open University Strategic Management and Leadership research cluster.
