Biography

Fateme holds an MSc in Entrepreneurship with a specialization in marketing and new technologies from the University of Tehran. Her academic and professional journey is focused on the intersection of Artificial Intelligence, Innovation, and Consumer Behavior. Passionate about research and committed to advancing knowledge, Fateme has explored how emerging technologies can revolutionize business strategies and enhance consumer experiences.

Current Research

Innovation and Organisational Change in the advent of Artificial Intelligence

Fateme's PhD research investigates the role of AI chatbots in customer engagement by fostering trust and emotional connections. The study explores ethical considerations, emotional dynamics, and trust-building mechanisms that shape customer interactions with AI-driven systems. By understanding how emotional connections foster trust, her research aims to develop advanced marketing strategies and customer service chatbots that improve user experiences and build long-term loyalty.
