Biography

I am a full time student with The Open University Faculty of Business and Law, Department for Strategy and Marketing. I have recently completes a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Psychology with The Open University. I am interested in how digital technology is experienced within service encounters by vulnerable chronic illness customers, particularly those affected by Type 1 Diabetes.

I enjoy spending time with my family, especially outdoors.Other interests consist in: research with children and young people, creative writing and drawing.

Current Research

E-health services: the intervention of digital technology on consumers’ health experience and wellbeing

I am in the early stages of compiling a literature review for my project and understanding how aspects of my topic have previously been  approached.
