Pat Sucher

I am a chartered accountant who qualified with Price Waterhouse in 1981. I was an accountant in industry, then taught accounting for 20 years and then was a banking regulator for 11 years. I teach accounting finance and audit on B293, B294 and B351 

My father was one of the first OU students and I liked the ethos of the OU which led me to teach at the OU. I most enjoy working and supporting the students and the supportive community of my fellow tutors. 

I have four grandsons who I look after each week – ages 1 to 13. I took the eldest grandson on a trip to Japan recently and had a fun time at local Snake café and on mammoth roller coasters!
