Jon Baker

I became an AL after completing two degrees with the OU and wanted to be help others in the way that some of my tutors had helped me. 

Outside the OU I help business owners to develop their leadership skills and business, so there’s a great match between what I teach and what I do. I think the flexible ways to learn with the OU are amazing, and like to help my students find the best ways to learn…for them. 

When not working, I’m normally found 30 metres underneath the English Channel enjoying the amazing life in the sea and wonderful wrecks.
