From the number of years working with corporate and non-accredited learning, Jo's research is focused on how to create curiosity in learning, especially when learning is mandated. This manifests in research into pedagogy, technology and gamification strategies as well as motivation and engagement of learners.
Jo's teaching is orientated in management development and specifically targeted at learners who have excellent functional skills but need to develop management capability.
