Trust, Capacity and Accountability to improve learning outcomes

Introduction

Welcome to the home page of Trust, Accountability, and Capacity in Education System Reform. This site is designed to link up researchers, policy makers and educators around the ways in which trust, accountability and capacity work together in education systems, to promote system reform. We welcome collaborations from around the globe that coalesce around this theme.

Our aims

Our work aim is to support key stakeholders in:

  • Building the capacity (financial and material resources, knowledge and skills) and trust to implement well-functioning assessment and inspection systems and developing effective ways to share
  • Using data and feedback from national and international assessments and school inspections with the purpose of improving learning outcomes of disadvantaged students
