New free online badged course now available: Leadership and followership

A new Badged Open Course (BOC) on Leadership and Followership is now available from OpenLearn. This course was developed by OpenLearn and features input and videos with OUBS academic Professor Jean Hartley.

This course will explore what makes a good leader, how to recognise common leadership challenges, and identify the skills needed to develop to enhance leadership experience.
