Rethinking sustainability strategies for resilience in supply chain systems: addressing food sector challenges in the VUCA (vulnerability, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity) reality
Rethinking sustainability strategies for resilience in supply chain systems: addressing food sector challenges in the VUCA reality. Minh’s research focuses on Cadbury's chocolate supply chain, using it as a case study to explore how global food systems can adapt to the challenges of vulnerability, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity (VUCA). Her work emphasizes the importance of sustainable practices, stakeholder collaboration, and innovative strategies to build resilience in food sector supply chains.
As the climate crisis intensifies and global food systems face increasing pressure, Minh’s research seeks to provide actionable insights into how businesses like Cadbury can balance profitability with environmental and social responsibilities. By contributing academic papers on these topics, Minh aims to enrich the university’s research landscape and inspire further dialogue on sustainable supply chain management. Driven by a passion for bridging theory and practice, Minh is committed to advancing sustainable strategies in global supply chains, particularly within the food sector, where resilience is critical to navigating an uncertain future.
