Stakeholder management skills are becoming increasingly important across all sectors, and the ability to quickly build relationships and influence stakeholders is a key element of delivering project success.

 

In this 30-minute Lunch and Learn session, Open University academic Jean Gamester, uncovers how to identify and influence your stakeholders by sharing a behind the scenes look at some easy to apply, effective tools and techniques that you can apply straight away from the OU’s Business Management: Project Management microcredential.

This lunch and learn session was held as part of our Learning at Work Week activities to encourage new skills and life long learning. As a National Partner for Learning at Work Week 2022, we have collated a selection of free activities and resources for your use.

Jean is an Associate Lecturer in Project Management, Strategy, Leadership and Creativity at the Open University. She also runs her own change consulting business.
