Biography

Princess is a PhD student at the Open University. She holds a B.Sc. in Economics from Babcock University; Nigeria, and an M.Sc in International Business Management from Griffith College; Dublin. She developed a strong interest in research from her master’s degree, and further in her role as a Management Scholar research assistant (MSA) in the Lagos Business School of Pan-Atlantic University Nigeria. Her research interests are in the areas of sustainable entrepreneurship and intrapreneurship, within organisations and entrepreneurial ecosystems.

Current Research

The agency of social intrapreneurs within emergent sustainable entrepreneurial ecosystems; a study of firms in Lagos, Nigeria.

Princess’ PhD study seeks to explore and investigate the areas of sustainable entrepreneurship, stakeholder interests and interorganisational collaborations, within an emerging sustainable entrepreneurial ecosystem in Lagos, Nigeria.
