Raquel García-García is a Lecturer in Strategic Management at the Open University Business School. She has been a visiting scholar at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. She received her PhD from the University of Oviedo, Spain, having broadened her studies at London School of Economics and Political Science, and Harvard University. Her research interests lie in the field of corporate strategy and her current research focuses on the internationalization process and its impact on performance. She has recently published a book chapter on emerging market multinationals in Oxford University Press and an article analyzing the link between speed of internationalization and performance in Journal of World Business.
